Most of what I make solves a narrow, boring problem that people already search for: a passport photo that passes the check, a recording turned into sheet music, a chart read by a model that knows your strategy. I ship the smallest version that is genuinely useful, put it in front of real traffic, and let the numbers decide what comes next.
One of them has been acquired. The rest are live and still mine.
